With GxpManager Knowledge Repository, you can directly research and visualize your texts through a simple Web navigator. What’s more, you can easily export the texts in all of the GxpManager applications.

Multi-criteria and full-text search

GxpManager Knowledge Repositoryallows you to perform various types of searches. You may use the powerful search engine for multi-criteria advanced searches (status, hierarchy, language, type, favorites, news, publication date…). You will also benefit from a full-text search option where you can use keywords directly in the texts in order to get to the heart of the information.

Bookmarks Management

In GxpManager Knowledge Repository,  you can define which texts apply to your business. In order to do so, you simply need to create files (identified by different colours) and to place your favorites in them. The number of favorites is unlimited.  Each time a text changes, you are informed by e-mail.

Bookmarks sharing

If you wish to share the access to your files with other users, it’s possible! One of the GxpManager Knowledge Repository functions offers you the option to share any file with another user.

Attached files Management

GxpManager Knowledge Repository allows you to attach files to the concerned texts. You will then benefit from an enriched database with different formats: Pictures, Word©, Excel©, PDF, ...
